Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 8 bed ABI home. The service is currently CQC "Good", however was audited by Fulcrum and received an "Outstanding".
Location & Compensation
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Annual Bonus: 21 % of salary
Team Structure
Supported by our Clinical team, made up of RGN's and RNLD's, alongside support from our PBS team.

- Experienced as a Registered Manager within Residential care
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Brain Injuries, Mental Health
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
