Package Description
- ROLE: Wake Night Support Worker
- LOCATION: Birmingham, Moseley, B13
- SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30* per hour
- SHIFTS: 9:00pm - 8:30am
- HOURS: 35 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
- Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
- Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
- Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
- Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
- Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.
