Location: Moseley (B13)

Salary: £13.45 - £14.05 per hour

Hours: 35 hours a week

Requirements: Fully flexible, must be able to cover the occasional night shift or sleep-in.

About Evergreen: At Evergreen, we support individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. Our aim is to encourage independence and help people to engage with the community and participate in everyday activities. We currently support five individuals at this service. The people we support are largely independent and mainly require prompting, encouragement, and guidance to achieve their daily goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
  • Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
  • Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
  • Assisting with personal care as required.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
  • Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
