Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health‑care needs, including accompanying clients to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
