A beautiful complex of 3 properties comprising a converted 4-bedroom barn where 4 ladies live and 2 single-occupancy annexes. There is a communal courtyard perfect for social gatherings and warm evening barbecues, a favourite activity for the people we support. The property is within walking distance of local amenities yet in a rural location. 24/7 support with a variety of shifts available.

Support Worker

Location & Salary

  • Location: St Austell, Cornwall PL25
  • Salary: Β£13.45 – Β£14.05 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and routine for the people we support.
  • Promote independence while assisting them to live a fulfilling life.
  • Encourage the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Assist with healthcare needs, including accompanying to routine appointments and administering medication.
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
  • Assist with personal care as required.
  • Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Qualifications & Training Provided

Experience within the care sector is not required. We offer full training, coaching and development to support your success.
