Role Overview
Activities Support Worker
Location: Liverpool, L9
Salary: £12.60 – £13.30*
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday – Friday 9am – 4:30pm
A full, clean driving licence is essential as driving of the Centre’s minibus will be required.
About Walton Resource Centre
The Resource Centre is a lively, busy environment, supporting up to 60 people per day within a variety of activities, including leisure, vocational and citizenship in the community.

The Centre is staffed with a highly skilled and qualified team of professionals. We provide support and encourage independence both onsite and within the community to adults with complex needs, including learning difficulties, autism and challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of activities and support for adults with complex needs, facilitating participation in leisure, vocational and citizenship activities. Encourage independence and confidence in both on‑site and community settings. Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individual support plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience working with adults with complex needs, including learning difficulties, autism or challenging behaviours.
High standards of professionalism and an empathic approach.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Valid full, clean driving licence.
