This position is fully remote within the United Kingdom (London Region).
Role Overview
The Sourcing Specialist manages hotel and ground transportation procurement for our clients. Responsibilities include conducting hotel market analyses, identifying industry trends, sourcing destinations, negotiating with providers, and tracking financial data.
Essential Functions
- Source hotels and gather market data (names, addresses, contacts, star ratings) using internal databases and online sources.
- Manage RFP/RFI processes via API’s JET platform to negotiate rates, concessions, and contract terms.
- Research hotel options and record data in Salesforce.
- Analyze market trends to optimize scenarios for airlines and hotel partners.
- Create detailed destination presentations with Microsoft and Adobe tools, demonstrating savings and revenue alignment.
- Coordinate hotel site inspections domestically and internationally as needed.
- Manage crew member feedback through the online portal, ensuring timely responses within SLAs.
