The Account Management Coordinator position involves administrative duties supporting the department and building relationships with Airline, Cruise Line, and Hotel partners. This role is a pathway to the Account Manager position and is remote in the UK, ideally based in London, with a planned location opening in 2026. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in French and/or Spanish.

Essential Functions

  • Learn client\’s business and assist Account Managers in meeting deliverables.
  • Support Account Managers in coordinating with the Business Development team to ensure smooth client transitions from contract signing to implementation.
  • Assist in preparing client communications, including weekly performance meetings and business reviews.
  • Gain knowledge of API technology platforms relevant to the department.
  • Help with day-to-day tasks for the Account Manager(s).
  • Maintain spreadsheets and update databases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on client and API needs.

Position Details

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours. No travel is required.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor\’s degree from an accredited university
  • Bilingual in French and/or Spanish
  • At least 1 year of travel industry experience working with airlines and/or hotels
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Flexible to work after hours as needed
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures
  • Self-organized and able to manage workload effectively
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines

Preferred

Bi-lingual French skills are a plus.
