About The Role
The Customer Marketing Manager, EMEA plays a key role in enabling One Vinarchy. Reporting to the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, this role delivers best‑in‑class customer and channel activation across priority EMEA markets, translating brand strategy into effective in‑market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customer marketing toolkits for priority EMEA markets
- Equip distributors and regional sales teams with activation materials and guidance
- Adapt global campaigns to local shopper behaviours and channel needs
- Partner with commercial teams to support customer presentations and growth initiatives
- Gather market feedback and shopper insight to inform planning
- Track activation effectiveness and share best practice across markets
- Support execution of key trade events across the region
Your Experience / Capability
- 3–5 years’ experience in customer, shopper or trade marketing
- Experience working across multiple markets or distributor‑led environments
- Strong understanding of retail and on‑trade activation principles
- FMCG or drinks industry experience preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link activity to business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
