  • Lead one core RGM capability (e.g. Strategic Pricing, Promotional Effectiveness, Trade Investment, Mix or Pack/Price Architecture), embedding best practice, processes and governance across the UK business.
  • Identify, size and prioritise commercial opportunities using customer, market and shopper insights.
  • Develop business cases and commercial recommendations that improve pricing, promotions, trade investment and portfolio performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category and Supply Chain teams to embed RGM into commercial planning, innovation and execution.
  • Develop and maintain analytics, reporting and performance dashboards that generate actionable commercial insights.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders to deliver agreed RGM initiatives and business outcomes.
