We are recruiting a Weekend Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prevent and deal with trespassing
  • Monitor, identify, and reject anti-social behaviour
  • Maintain a visible security presence
  • Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and premises
  • Liaise with management when incidents arise
  • Provide a high level of customer service while enforcing site rules

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a Security Officer in food chain restaurants, bars, or similar environments
  • SIA Door Supervisor Badge
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Right to work in UK and 5 years employment history
  • Confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
