We are recruiting a Weekend Security Officer for Fast Food Venue in Swansea to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prevent and deal with trespassing
- Monitor, identify, and reject anti-social behaviour
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and premises
- Liaise with management when incidents arise
- Provide a high level of customer service while enforcing site rules
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Security Officer in food chain restaurants, bars, or similar environments
- SIA Door Supervisor Badge
- First Aid Certificate
- Right to work in UK and 5 years employment history
- Confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
