Head Door Supervisor

Accolade Security are seeking well presented and professional Head Door Supervisors to work within our teams at Exclusive Venue’s across London

Rates uo to £16ph depending on experience

Duties primarily include ensuring a safe and positive experience for all guests, liaising with venue management, accurate incident reporting, Covid compliance and working to the venue security documents.

Head Door Supervisor position will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, supporting the team reach their potential and ensuring venue security plans are appropriate and adhered to.

• Takes pride in a smart appearance with impeccable personal presentation
• Have a personality and deliver great customer service
• Demonstrate the ability to deal with difficult conflict situations from a bill dispute to an ejection
• Show maturity and reasoned decision making in high pressure situations

During screening you must be able to provide evidence of 5 year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon request.

A Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision Licence is essential for this role.
