Door Supervisor
1. Venue Overview
We are recruiting reliable and professional Door Supervisors to support security operations at a historic country house and luxury hotel in Berkshire, near Windsor.
The role will help protect the property, contractors, staff, guests, visitors, materials and equipment during renovation works.
2. Main Duties
- Monitor entrances, exits, access points and work areas.
- Check and control access for contractors, visitors and deliveries.
- Conduct regular patrols and report suspicious activity, hazards or damage.
- Help prevent unauthorised access, theft and vandalism.
- Respond calmly to incidents and support emergency procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and venue management.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and follow site procedures.
3. Person Specification
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
- Previous security, site or hospitality experience.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional, reliable and calm under pressure.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Five-year checkable employment or activity history.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends where required.
