Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the security team during matchdays
  • Oversee all security operations within assigned areas
  • Ensure accurate completion of staff timesheets
  • Be responsible for PPE equipment allocation and compliance
  • Liaise closely with Security Managers
  • Liaise with Operational Managers regarding any operational changes
  • Ensure high standards of incident reporting and documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service to spectators and guests
  • Support and manage VIP services and areas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a security team within a football stadium
  • SIA Door Supervisor Badge
  • First Certificate and Spectator Safe Certificate
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with VIP services
  • Strong understanding of crowd management and stadium security procedures
