We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. - Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
- Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout the night shift.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and problem-solving to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees.
- Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports.
