Job Description
You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests. Responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.
- Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical and building works
- To be able to solve defects on a daily basis
- To be able to deal with contractors and maintain paperwork including HS, FS, PPMs, risk assessments etc.
- Take part in hotel projects to improve FF&E, quality, efficiency and sustainability
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Qualifications

- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
