Must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa. All applicants must provide documented evidence of eligibility as part of the recruitment process.

Contract – Full Time (5 days working between Monday & Sunday).

Act as the face of IBIS Budget London Whitechapel, extending a warm welcome to guests and putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do. Be present and visible in the lobby, establishing a warm and personalized relationship with guests to create memorable moments. Prioritise guest relations while following required administrative procedures. Anticipate guests’ needs, handle requests for information and connect them with the appropriate team members. Assist the Food & Beverage team when needed, including jumping to the bar and helping guests. Deliver consistent and memorable service to all guests. Collaborate with the team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return. Perform Food & Beverage related tasks such as checking ordered meals upon collection from the kitchen and delivering them to guests. Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas in accordance with procedure manuals. Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service, ensuring all guests have a positive experience. Maintain an upbeat, sparkling personality and quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability for flexible work between Monday and Sunday, including night shifts on a rotation basis.
