ibis Styles Crewe is looking for outgoing, dependable, welcoming Front of House Team Member to deliver an amazing first impression and ensure our guests want to come back time and again. We're adding to our team to help cover busy periods and need Guest Service Assistants on a casual, zero-hours basis, in return for a salary of up to £12.71 per hour.

Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list, but experience in a customer-facing hospitality job would make you a strong candidate. We need people who are open, welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like - the kind of person you'd like to meet after a long day of travelling!

You'll be working across the front-of-house operations of the hotel. This will include checking guests in and out at Reception, running the breakfast service, helping set up meeting rooms, and work the bar and restaurant. A great telephone manner is essential and you'll need to be confident using a computer. As we're one big team, you can expect to turn your hand to whatever's needed to ensure our guests have a great stay.

You could be working a mix of midweek, weekend, early and late shifts for flexibility in your schedule would be a big advantage. As you'll be serving alcohol, we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
