  • Job Responsibilities
  • Preparing and serving cold & hot buffet breakfast.
  • Welcoming guests and clearing tables.
  • Checking that all fridges and displays have been sufficiently stocked.
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, including meat, fish, and vegetables, according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Collaborate to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
  • Assist in adjusting menu items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of clean utensils, crockery, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
