Job Summary The Marketing Manager EMEA will develop and manage successful B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, internal stakeholders, partners (resellers, etailers & distributors), and marketing agencies across multiple markets in EMEA for the Kensington & PowerA brands. The primary goals are to increase profitable sales revenue through channel partners and expand end-user marketing leads via various marketing strategies. This role involves semi-regular travel. Responsibilities Build and execute online and offline demand generation plans with B2B, etail, and retail channel partners to increase sales, grow market share, and drive lead acquisition. Establish and maintain relationships with B2B, etail, and retail channel partners in EMEA, leveraging these relationships to develop marketing plans, incentives, and programs to enhance collaboration and sales. Travel to strategic partners is required. Manage the Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring disciplined budget spend with planning, tracking, and ROI analysis. Use TAM and market data to formulate marketing plans targeting areas for share gain activities. Ensure new products are launched effectively through channels to achieve rapid sales velocity. Work with global brand and digital marketing teams to develop digital campaigns, including PPC and Paid Social, to generate B2B leads and support etail partners. Collaborate with regional etail channel partners to ensure optimal merchandising and marketing activities to increase online sales. Identify opportunities for share gain and sales growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Build strong internal relationships with Office/Consumer Channel teams to drive sales growth and new listings. Contribute to Demand Planning/Forecasting to ensure product availability. Qualifications Experience in B2B and/or etail/retail marketing, preferably in tech, consumer electronics, or gaming, with a focus on channel/partner marketing. Financial and commercial acumen with budget management experience. Knowledge of Google marketing suite and paid social practices beneficial for demand generation and lead acquisition. Results-driven, professional, and proactive with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Solid experience in digital and channel marketing. Excellent communication skills; proficiency in multiple European languages is a strong advantage. Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
