We are appointing a Partner – Head of Building Consultancy (MRICS / FRICS) to anchor technical standards, expand capability, and represent Acclive's chartered expertise on the Board.

Role Purpose
The Partner – Head of Building Consultancy acts as the firm’s technical authority and governance lead. You’ll:
- Maintain MRICS / FRICS-level oversight across all technical engagements.
- Strengthen Acclive’s credibility with institutional and family-office clients.
- Lead and quality-assure stage-gated deliverables across the full Acclive Asset Lifecycle.
- Shape growth strategy and chair the Building Consultancy function within the Board.
