We are seeking premier Freelance English to Chinese (Simplified) Translators & Post-Editors located outside of mainland China to collaborate on high-profile UI/UX localization projects. In this role, you will work on localization pipelines for world-leading technology brands.
Position Overview- Language Pair: English to Chinese (Simplified)
- Domain: UI/UX Localization
- Experience: Demonstrated professional translation experience
- Location Restrictions: Must be based outside of China
- Translate and post-edit (MTPE) user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) content from English into Simplified Chinese.
- Ensure button labels, error messages, and dashboards are grammatically flawless, highly functional, and perfectly adapted to the target audience.
- Maintain rigid consistency in terminology and style using client-specific glossaries, style guides, and translation memory assets.
- Partner closely with remote Project Managers and QA Reviewers to deliver high-quality assets under tight, agile release schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
