A strategic sales role focused on finding new growth opportunities and building strategic partnerships resulting in increased revenue with new and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing high-value relationships with major bodyshop groups, multi-site operators (MSOs), networks and credit hire platforms. You will evaluate market opportunities, structure complex B2B commercial agreements and ensure that new partnerships align with ACG's risk, credit control, and operational frameworks.
- Target Identification: Map and target high-value enterprise accounts, including but not limited to Multi-Site Bodyshop Operations (MSOs), independent repair groups, large fleet operators and large-scale accident management companies across the UK.
- Platform Integration: Identify opportunities to position ACG’s funding solutions as integrated, embedded finance options within industry-standard automotive software and estimate platforms.
- Deal Structuring: Design tailored funding agreements and pricing frameworks that remain highly competitive while protecting ACG's gross margins and risk profile.
- Contracting & Governance: Manage complex commercial negotiations from initial pitch to legal sign-off, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) align with internal underwriting and operational capabilities.
- Operations Handover: Support onboarding of new partners by coordinating effectively with our Operations team.
- Market Feedback: Working closely with Marketing, act as the strategic eyes and ears of ACG, feeding back market trends, competitive intelligence and client needs directly to the Senior Leadership Team to shape future product development.

You will have:
- Industry Expertise: A proven track record of B2B commercial development or senior corporate business development within the UK motor claims, credit hire, legal, insurance, or automotive repair (bodyshop) sectors.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong background in structuring high-value contracts and a solid understanding of working capital finance, invoice discounting, or fintech funding solutions.
- Enterprise Sales Track Record: Demonstrated experience pitching to and negotiating with C-suite, Managing Directors and Finance Directors.
