The Role
We are seeking a friendly and motivated
Learner Support Assistant to join our team in Portsmouth.
This pivotal role involves providing essential support to learners, helping them overcome barriers to learning and ensuring they have the resources and encouragement needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist learners with their educational and personal development needs, offering guidance and support tailored to individual requirements.
- Work closely with teaching staff to support classroom activities and deliver one-to-one or small group interventions.
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to tutors and management to help inform learning plans.
- Help learners develop essential skills such as literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy.
