AccessPay is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who sees beyond task execution. This role is a key part of our team, and we\’re looking for someone to step into an established position and take it to the next level. Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Manager, the Marketing Operations Manager will be the conductor of our marketing technology stack, with HubSpot expertise at its core. They will design, implement, and continuously refine the processes that fuel our revenue engine. They will have the chance to make customer and prospect email marketing their own.
As a channel owner, you will craft and optimise GTM initiatives, ensuring all leads are captured, tracked and nurtured. From optimising conversion funnels to owning email marketing campaigns and enhancing lead quality, the Marketing Operations Manager will build scalable processes that accelerate AccessPay\’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot: take ownership of marketing automation on HubSpot; planning the delivery and execution of marketing automation activities including the creation and optimisation of workflows, lists, custom fields, campaign tracking and emails to support sales and marketing initiatives; working in partnership with data, identify and troubleshoot any lead flow issues
- Lead management: be the connector between the marketing and outbound sales teams, distributing leads, reporting on the quality of marketing-generated leads, and devising ways to improve lead quality
- Campaign delivery: work closely with the marketing team on campaign execution across all marketing initiatives including lead, demand gen and ABM
- Optimisation: work alongside data, marketing, sales and account management to map out and optimise marketing systems and processes
- Data management: working alongside data, introduce and implement effective data cleanse, enrichment and segmentation projects; ensuring that the business complies with GDPR
- Analytics & reporting: manage analytics, reporting and team dashboard to measure marketing effectiveness and pipeline/funnel health, ensuring alignment across the revenue function including the data team and promoting a data-driven culture
- Champion scalability: Create a robust marketing operations foundation and identify repeatable processes and efficiencies to help the team move quickly and drive growth
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Marketing operations experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with HubSpot
- A self-starter looking to carve out their own function and build a strong and scalable marketing ops foundations
- Keen eye for details to make sure every email send and workflow is correct and functioning
- An ownership mindset that prides itself on excellence and craves constant improvement
- Working experience with Chilipiper, Outreach and/or Salesforce will make your application stand out but not necessary
