Accessorize Stansted Airport is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Deputy Store Manager to join our team.

We are looking for your valuable experience and love of delivering a great service to create memorable customer experiences.

For over 30 years, Accessorize airport stores have been the go-to destination for holidaymakers looking for those perfect finishing touches before take-off.

From jewellery and hair accessories to handbags, travel essentials and seasonal must-haves, our collections are designed in-house at our Notting Hill studio or ethically sourced from around the world before arriving in our stores.

Drive the performance of the store by supporting your Store Manager with the development of your team leading by example on great customer service, product knowledge and being a brand ambassador.

Support your Store Manager to identify strengths and development needs of your team to create a live succession plan for the store and the wider business.

Manage the store team ensuring they are motivated, knowledgeable, and exceeding expectations Support the Store Manager in operational administration and ensure communication is completed on time.

Provide support to other local branches as and when required.

Ensure Visual Merchandising/window guidelines are communicated and implemented commercially for your store.

Be flexible to be able to work variable days and hours across the week.

Experience of managing a team An individual who demonstrates, passion, drive, resilience, and a can-do approach Decision making ability and a sense of ownership to take responsibility Proven examples of delivering excellence in customer service both personally and through their team Confident to take ownership with a sense of responsibility.

Your Working Hours You'll work your contracted hours each week, with shifts scheduled across our trading week from Sunday to Saturday.

As an airport store, flexibility is key, and during busy trading periods or to provide holiday cover, you may also be asked to support neighbouring stores and wider teams when required.
