The predicted salary is between 500 - 1500 Β£ per month.

We need someone to keep on top of our bookkeeping (currently only a handful of transactions a month) who is also able to complete our final accounts and submit to Companies House and HMRC.

What difference will you make?

Your input will take away the pressure from the directors having to manage the accounts. This means we can concentrate on our key work, and still remain informed on the financial status. As a new CIC, this will enable us to adapt and grow the association.

What are we looking for?

  • Solid knowledge of accountancy practices and capable of completing accounts as required for Companies House and HMRC.
  • Understanding of best practice to minimise any tax burden.
  • While formal qualifications are not strictly required, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a solid background in this field.

What will you be doing?

  • Reporting to the founder directors; the role is ideally suited to a remote worker and totally flexible. The only real constraint is official reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare basic monthly accounts and keep records on what specific donations are spent on.
  • Provide advice on best practice to maximise use of revenue.
