The position of Digital & Marketing Specialist Admin consists of providing administrative, clerical, digital, marketing and receptionist services to ensure effective and efficient running of the office at ACT's Head Office. The role includes that of front-of-house and represents the professional digital public-facing image of ACT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies across various digital channels to enhance brand visibility and drive service expansion. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for marketing, strong organisational and administrative skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Digital Marketer and Admin will work closely with management to execute campaigns that align with organisational goals, utilising a range of tools and platforms to optimise performance, and contribute to the everyday running of the operational service by completing administrative tasks and working alongside the admin, clinical and finance teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics to maximise ROI.
  • Create engaging content through copywriting and utilise Adobe Photoshop for visual assets.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimised for search engines.
  • Oversee project management tasks related to marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse data from various platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Lead social media management efforts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate results and strategic recommendations clearly.
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Greet clients and other visitors, and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Open, sort, record, and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails.
  • Perform general office duties such as typing letters, answering the phone, maintaining ACT's database and digital systems, backing up clients and counsellors information, and filing tasks.
  • Responsible for requesting initial assessment documents from clients and sending to assessors.
  • Responsible for closing files procedure: request closing summaries from counsellors.
  • Take enquiries from potential customers, explaining the service to them, booking assessment appointments, and sending out confirmation paperwork.
  • Create client files, ensuring counsellors have all the correct paperwork and information.
  • Regularly update schedule and allocations and supervision groups.
  • Process allocations as and when required by the Clinical Team (Director and coordinator).
  • File and/or shred confidential papers.
  • Ensure office equipment is fully charged and ready to be used by counsellors and staff at all times.
  • Provide cover when office staff are absent.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in management tools such as WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and organisational software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively to inform decision-making.
  • Organised with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
  • IT literacy across various platforms with a focus on optimisation tools and content management systems.
  • Good communicator with staff and clients.
  • Self-motivated, ability to manage one's own time, able to prioritise tasks.
  • Integrity – job requires being honest and ethical.
