Service Engineer

Position: Service Callout EngineerCompany: KLEEMANN UK GROUPLocation: South East London, Surrey, Southampton We're seeking to expand our field operations team. We're looking for Service Engineers to join our team. Step into a key role in our UK operations and help us maintain our high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency callouts and lift breakdowns in your designated area
• Diagnose, repair, and implement immediate solutions to restore lift service
• Perform minor adjustments and temporary repairs when necessary
• Complete accurate service documentation and reports
• Communicate effectively with the office team and clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
• Maintain your tools, equipment, and company vehicle to high standards
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and company policies

Basic Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering
• Proven experience in lift service and emergency callout response
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
• Familiarity with various lift brands and control systems (advantageous)
