We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for weekend shifts in the Rocky Mount area, working 3 hours on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
The role involves providing direct home care services to patients in their residences, including
- personal hygiene assistance,
- mobility support,
- basic nursing care,
- meal preparation,
- companionship,
- light housekeeping,
and
- participating as part of a healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include
- recording and reporting changes in patient condition,
- adhering to the plan of care,
- using EVV systems for documenting tasks,
and
- maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.
Qualifications include
- current certification,
- effective communication skills,
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.,
and
- a compassionate attitude towards patients.
