As HR Advisor, you'll support a wide range of businesses, helping them stay compliant, manage people issues confidently and reduce risk, all within a supportive consultancy environment.

Your role will include:

  • Providing clear, accurate Human Resources advice to clients by phone and email
  • Managing varied casework including grievance, disciplinary and absence matters

  • Strong working knowledge of employment law
  • Confidence drafting contracts and policies in line with legislation
  • Experience using Human Resources systems such as BreatheHR
  • A CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
