You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centred support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.

- Flexible hours — We’ll do our best to align your schedule with the needs of the people we support
- Weekend shifts available (+$1.00 extra per hour)
- Paid travel time and mileage — When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly — including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.
