We operate six specialist home-care services across our business, encouraging our team to grow and progress to achieve their goals.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will be part of a community-based team offering the highest levels of care and support to our clients, including:
- Administering medication
- Food and beverage preparation
- Assisting with personal care
- Following clients' care plans
- Manual handling using specialist equipment
- Providing support and companionship to your clients
If you have never worked in care before that is not an issue. We provide full and ongoing training from day 1, ensuring you have all the knowledge needed to become an amazing carer. - A fixed 2-weekly rota built around you. You will have a week 1, week 2 rota built around, with morning shifts from 07:00-14:00 and afternoons from 16:00-22:00 you will always know what days and times you are working. Due to the nature of the role, weekend working is required, but you will only be working 1 in every 2 weekends.
- Fully paid visit times, not minute by minute. In the event of you finishing a visit a couple of minutes early, you will not be penalised, and will still be paid for the full visit time.
- Paid travel time between appointments. Your time is as important to us as it is to you, so you will be paid as you travel between clients.
- 45p per mile mileage. The highest you can be paid for mileage without paying tax on it. We also will pay your mileage home from your last call. This averages at around an extra £1,900 per year for someone working 30 hours a week.
- A new joining bonus of £1,000 to welcome you to the team.
- Proud to care bonus, paid every 6 months and worth up to £1,400 per year extra, as a thank you for being so amazing.
- Scheduled to work on a bank holiday? We pay double time on bank holidays, earn £25.20 per hour when working these days.

- Full training, and we mean full training. You will start off with a week-long classroom based induction with us, where you will learn everything you’ll need to know before heading out into community.
