You will be working at Access, joining the leading Construction ERP software provider, where you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that support the construction industry. Your role will be helping customers make confident buying decisions. You’re curious about how businesses work and like turning what you hear in discovery into clear, practical solutions. You’re comfortable talking to different audiences and explaining complex ideas in a simple, down‑to‑earth way. At Access, you’ll use your judgement, product knowledge and people skills to shape solutions that genuinely fit customer needs and support strong sales outcomes.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Lead customer discovery to understand goals, challenges and ways of working, and turn this insight into clear solution recommendations.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that show how Access software solves real customer problems.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Marketing to support bids, proposals, handovers and customer events.
- Build and maintain reusable demo assets and share feedback from customers to help improve products and go‑to‑market activity.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in solutions consulting, pre‑sales, sales engineering, implementation or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Confidence explaining technical concepts like integrations, configuration and product capability in plain language.
- An interest in using AI tools to improve preparation, scenario modelling and demonstration design.
- Awareness of industry or sector‑specific processes, regulations or competitor landscapes.
