You understand how new business sales works in a software environment, and you bring a thoughtful, calm approach to coaching and performance. You’re comfortable working across different markets and cultures, and you know how to adapt your style to get the best out of people. You take ownership, stay curious, and focus on what really makes a difference for customers and your team.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead and support a team of new business Account Executives, helping them win new customers and hit their targets.
- Run regular pipeline and deal reviews, using structured sales methods to keep deals moving and improve forecast accuracy.
- Coach your team through complex opportunities, joining key customer conversations and supporting negotiations where needed.
- Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape go-to-market plans and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience with hotel technology platforms or a strong understanding of how hotels choose and use software.
- Knowledge of the wider hotel technology landscape, such as property management systems (software used to run hotel operations) or revenue tools.
- Experience building or growing a new business sales team in a software (SaaS) environment.
- Ability to work across different countries and cultures, with additional language skills being helpful.
