About you: You enjoy leading people and helping them grow. You bring a calm, confident approach and you’re comfortable switching between guiding the team and getting hands-on with product conversations. You understand the legal software space and you’re naturally curious about how customers work, what they need and how our products can make a real difference. You’re someone who enjoys working closely with others across sales, marketing and product, and you’re excited about using new tools and ideas to help the team do its best work.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of Solutions Consultants who focus on our legal software.
- Stay hands-on as a Product Specialist, using your deep product knowledge to support demos and customer conversations.
- Work with Sales, Product and Marketing to create clear, simple messages, demo assets and helpful content for customers.
- Support key sales opportunities by guiding the team to deliver tailored demos, proof of concept work and engaging customer experiences.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience working with legal software, legal workflows or similar customer environments.
- Confidence in using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day work and supporting others to do the same.
- Experience creating digital content such as videos, guided product experiences or demo recordings.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to improve pre‑sales processes, quality and consistency.
