About you: You bring strong payroll knowledge and enjoy making a difference every day for customers. You’re confident working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering a reliable, accurate service. You’re part of a supportive team, working with a wide variety of clients, which keeps things interesting and gives you the chance to keep learning. You stay calm under pressure, take ownership of your work and care about getting things right.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Run end-to-end payroll for your customers, making sure everything is accurate and on time.
  • Follow standard processes to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve queries and keep everything on track.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), while looking for ways to improve how things are done.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working in a payroll bureau or in-house payroll team.
  • A strong eye for detail and confidence working with numbers.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing your own workload.
