As an Allbound Sales Executive, your primary focus will be qualifying and converting a high volume of inbound leads generated by our marketing team, while also conducting outbound prospecting to generate new opportunities. You will be engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and booking meetings for our Account Executives.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Proactively engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website enquiries, ensuring SLAs are adhered to
- Supplement inbound efforts with targeted cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Use phone, email, video, and social media to nurture leads and build relationships
- Understand potential clients’ challenges and align them with our solutions
- Log and manage all sales activities in Salesforce and Clari, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-ups, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Previous experience in a B2C or B2B sales environment, including lead generation
- Knowledge of the care sector is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
