About you: You enjoy building trusted relationships and being the person customers rely on. You like understanding how a business works and helping it get more value from the software it uses every day. You’re comfortable owning conversations with customers, spotting opportunities to help them grow, and working with colleagues across Access to make things happen. At Access, we’ll support you to develop your career while giving you the freedom to do your best work in a way that suits you.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, building long‑term relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their goals and show how our software can support their recruitment and people management needs.
  • Identify opportunities to retain, cross‑sell and upsell, managing the sales process with support from presales, consultancy and delivery teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after a sale and a great ongoing customer experience.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in managing and growing customer relationships within a software or technology environment.
  • Confidence running meetings with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and decision makers.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track activity and manage pipelines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment or people software, or an interest in learning more about this space.
