About you: You enjoy consultative sales where understanding the customer comes first. You like owning the full sales cycle and building real relationships with founders, finance leaders and operations teams. You’re comfortable asking thoughtful questions, getting into the detail of how a business runs and showing how the right software can make a genuine difference. At Access, you’ll have the space to run your deals your way, with the backing of a supportive team and a product that solves real problems for product-based businesses.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage inbound and self-sourced opportunities through the full sales cycle, keeping your pipeline organised and up to date in Salesforce.
  • Run structured discovery calls to understand how prospects manage stock, costs and operations today, and where they want to be.
  • Deliver tailored demos and proposals that clearly connect Unleashed to each prospect’s workflows and commercial priorities.
  • Drive deals to close with clear next steps agreed, then hand over smoothly to onboarding and customer success.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience selling software as a service (SaaS) to small or mid-sized businesses.
  • Exposure to inventory management, enterprise resource planning or accounting software.
  • Confidence working with partners or referral channels as part of the sales process.
  • Comfort discussing integrations with tools like accounting platforms, ecommerce systems or third-party logistics providers.
