About you: You’ll join Access as an Account Executive focused on winning new business across the UK legal sector. You’ll have the freedom to own your territory and build something meaningful — from your first conversation through to signed deal. You enjoy opening doors, building relationships, and turning conversations into real commercial outcomes. With a clear progression path and strong earning potential, this role gives you the chance to grow your career in a fast-moving software business.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound activity such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and events — alongside leads from our business development representatives (BDRs) and marketing.
  • Run a clear, structured sales process from discovery to demo and close, using a consultative approach to understand client challenges and shape the right solution.
  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders, handling commercial discussions confidently while keeping forecasts accurate and up to date.
  • Keep your pipeline healthy and organised using our customer relationship management (CRM) system, tracking activity and ensuring strong coverage against your targets.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions in a business-to-business environment, with a focus on winning new customers.
  • Confidence generating your own opportunities while working closely with BDR and marketing teams to maximise inbound leads.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance territory planning, active deals, and pipeline growth.
  • An interest in the legal sector or experience with legal software, such as practice management or compliance tools, and a willingness to travel for meetings and events.
