About you: You enjoy building relationships and helping customers find solutions that genuinely make their working lives easier. You’re comfortable having confident, friendly conversations and you know how to guide a sale from first contact through to close. At Access, we’ll support you to grow your skills, take ownership of your pipeline and play a meaningful part in a collaborative sales team.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Find and qualify new opportunities through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, working towards personal targets and contributing to wider team goals.
  • Grow revenue within existing customer accounts through referrals and product expansion.
  • Keep your customer activity and forecasts up to date using our customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in a software as a service (SaaS) sales environment.
  • Confidence running the full sales process, from first conversation to close.
  • An understanding of the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
  • A proactive approach to learning and developing your sales skills.
