Responsibilities

  • Act as the embedded enablement partner for the software company, working closely with senior leaders to align enablement with business goals.
  • Tailor global onboarding, sales and revenue enablement programmes so they fit the local sales process and feel relevant to teams.
  • Support sales teams with practical product enablement, including content, sessions and tools that help them have better customer conversations.
  • Drive adoption of the sales technology stack, using clear guidance and insight to help teams get real value from the tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in or closely with a software or technology sales environment.
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing without formal authority.
  • Experience in sales enablement, onboarding, coaching or revenue enablement programmes.
  • A practical understanding of sales tools and systems, and how they support day-to-day selling.
