Overview

You will play a key role in helping the business achieve its goals through people.

You will partner closely with leaders to support the delivery of people strategies that strengthen organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and employee experience across the business.

Your work will be in a fast‑paced, growing technology environment, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies and initiatives aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring they are implemented, adopted and embedded.
  • Provide expert guidance on organisational design, talent development, leadership capability, culture and performance.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform recommendations and support effective decision‑making.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, improve team effectiveness and drive positive employee outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Employee Success Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to deliver consistent and impactful people solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR, People or Employee Success Business Partner within a complex, matrix organisation.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver people priorities and support organisational change.
  • Strong capability across organisational design, change management, talent and employee experience.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive outcomes through collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using people data to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Experience working in a high‑growth technology, Saa S or similarly fast‑paced environment.
