Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Leader to lead the development and delivery of our innovative Saa S solutions: Res Diary, Collins, Design My Night, Tonic and Soda, key elements of the Front Of House Hospitality Division.

The role involves defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap, and leading a matrixed cross‑functional team (product, engineering, sales, account management, marketing and customer success) to ensure the success of our products in the hospitality market.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy and roadmap; lead the cross‑functional team to deliver customer‑centric, competitive propositions while fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Drive market research, competitor analysis and business case development to identify product opportunities.
  • Manage budgeting, objective setting and P&L responsibilities to achieve growth metrics.
  • Align OKRs across teams to drive growth and profitability metrics such as ARR, GRR, NRR, NPS, Users, Bookers, Cost Per Booking, Guest Volume, Transaction Volumes and Take Rate.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) plans, ensuring product value is communicated and opportunities for X‑Sell & Upsell are maximized.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, using customer feedback and market trends to refine and evolve product offerings.
  • Track product metrics, monitor feedback and usage, and make data‑driven decisions for product roadmap and backlog prioritisation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of the Hospitality Saa S market, trends, best practices and technologies.
  • Tenured Director level or above product management experience in the Saa S industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills; able to inspire high performance from the front.
  • Relentless drive and energy, with the ability to gain accountability and influence across all levels, from divisional teams to board level.
  • Strategic and creative thinker, capable of translating product vision into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics tools to measure and optimise product performance and user/customer behaviour.
