We're looking for a Group Senior Tax Accountant to join our high‑performing Group Finance team. Reporting to the Group Tax Manager, you will manage the Group's global tax compliance and reporting requirements, with exposure to strategic initiatives such as transfer pricing, Pillar Two, tax governance and M&A activity.
Responsibilities
- Supporting tax accounting and reporting, including year‑end income tax provisions and group tax consolidation
- Managing corporation tax compliance across EMEA, working with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Preparing RDEC claims in the UK and Ireland
- Supporting Pillar Two and CbCR requirements globally
- Contributing to the Group's transfer pricing strategy, including new acquisitions and documentation
- Partnering with M&A teams and advisors to manage tax risks on acquisitions
- Supporting tax planning, structuring, and advisory work across the Group
- Providing guidance on indirect taxes and employment tax matters
- Supporting tax governance, including Business Risk Review, SAO, and tax strategy
