Based at our Loughborough sales HQ, you are at your best when you are creating clarity, setting high standards and helping others succeed.

You understand what good looks like in digital sales and you are confident leading teams to deliver it every day.

While operational reporting lines sit within the 22 Software Cos, the Senior Director holds shared accountability for ABC generation alongside Software Co Sales Directors.

This role owns what makes digital sales teams consistently perform: the culture, the rhythm, the enablement, the talent pipeline, and the Co E playbook.

You are comfortable balancing all of these and can stay calm and practical when things get busy or change quickly.

You care about developing talent and take pride in seeing people grow and progress.

Key Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day, you will hold accountability for sales performance and delivery, culture and high performance standards, enablement, coaching and talent development by:

  • Leading the digital hub of circa 100 people to create a high‑performing, consistent sales culture with clear expectations and strong daily rhythms.
  • Working closely with sales leaders to track performance, manage pipeline health and keep activity on target.
  • Supporting and developing leaders and teams through coaching, structured onboarding and ongoing learning.
  • Setting and improving processes, playbooks and tools so teams can work efficiently and deliver reliable results.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce and sales tools that support forecasting and engagement.
  • Familiarity with structured sales approaches, such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks, and how to embed them in a team.
  • Experience supporting talent development and progression into more senior or field‑based sales roles.
  • An interest in how data and artificial intelligence can support better sales decisions and outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

£53,029 per year (estimated). Full time.

On top of a competitive salary, you will receive 25 days of leave per year, a health contribution, and three charity days. Additional benefits can be tailored to individual needs.
