Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts, driving retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with finance stakeholders and position Finance systems alongside cross‑sell solutions.
- Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and keep CRM (ideally Salesforce) fully up to date for forecasting.
- Collaborate with Pre‑Sales to deliver impactful demos and translate customer challenges into clear solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews, follow up proactively, and network internally and externally to maximise account value.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B account management or SaaS sales experience, ideally within Finance systems, ERP, or business software.
- Strong communicator and presenter, confident with senior stakeholders across all communication channels.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to prioritise workload while working independently or as part of a team.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to positive relationships, collaboration, and acting with integrity.
- Dedicated to continuous learning, personal development, and maintaining a positive, solutions‑focused approach.
