Lead some of the most critical change for a fast‑growing international technology business, working directly with a C‑suite board member to shape an influential people strategy that drives growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with a C‑suite board member to shape and drive a high‑impact people strategy, ensuring it delivers against ambitious growth and transformation goals.
  • Lead large‑scale organisational change across a complex matrix, aligning global and local priorities and ensuring change is adopted, embedded and delivers measurable results.
  • Act as a senior adviser to executive leaders, guiding decisions on organisational design, leadership capability, culture and performance.
  • Use data and insight to anticipate challenges, track progress and ensure the people agenda drives measurable improvements in business performance and employee experience.
